JK White Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC is a subsidiary of JK Cement Ltd ,one of the leading producers of Grey Cement in India and second largest producer of White Cement in India.
JKCL under the banner of its subsidiary JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC has set up a green field white cement manufacturing plant in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
The plant has been set up in association with Fujairah Investment Establishment (A Govt. of Fujairah Undertaking).
The company has commenced its commercial production from September, 2014 and is now supplying white cement and other cement based value added products to more than 40 countries across the globe.
The dual process cement plant of JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC has a capacity either to produce 0.6 MnTPA of White Cement or 1.0 MnTPA of Grey Cement. This capacity expansion has made JK Cement among the top 3 White Cement manufacturing groups in the world. The plant is specially designed to switch from one product to another (White to Grey Cement & vice-versa) as per market demand. This “Composite Dual Process Cement Plant” is one of the first of its kind in the world.

The plant has been set up in technical collaboration with M/s. Taheiyo, an Engineering Corporation of Japan, who are pioneers in the field with most modern quality control and environment friendly technology. The capacity of the White cum Grey dual cement plant is at 1,750 tonnes per day (tpd) for White Cement and 2,800 tonnes per day (tpd) Grey cement respectively. With the commissioning of this plant, the Company has become one of the top 3 producers of White Cement in the World.

Our plant is certified by ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 and we are in the process of getting ISO 10725 for laboratory accreditation.
JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC is equipped with high efficiency dust filtration systems, which are installed for the main manufacturing process as well as at various transfer points to avoid dust emission to the atmosphere. The entire plant is controlled from Central Control Room with sophisticated control system of latest technologies including F L Smidth from Denmark.
JK Cement has over four decades of experience in cement manufacturing. From modest beginnings in the year 1975 with a capacity of 0.3 million tonnes at Nimbahera in Rajasthan, today JK Cement has 7 kilns of different capacities with a combined annual capacity of 10.5 million tonnes. The cement units having aggregate capacity of 7.5 million tonnes are located in Rajasthan at Nimbahera, Mangrol and Gotan and Jharli in Haryana and one unit in Karnataka at Muddapur having capacity of 3.0 million tonnes. JK Cement made a pioneering foray into white cement with the setting up of JK White Cement Works, Gotan in 1984. JK White Cement was the first White Cement facility in India, which was limestone based, and manufactured Cement through the dry process. The White Cement plant uses technical expertise from F.L. Smidth & Co., Denmark and state of the art technology with continuous on-line quality control.
The manufacturing facility in Gotan, Rajasthan today has a production capacity of 0.6 Million Tonne Per Annum (‘MnTPA’) White Cement and 0.5 MnTPA of Wall Putty. JK White Cement is an international brand and enjoys world-wide demand.
JK Cement is the second largest producer of White Cement in the world having manufacturing facilities of 0.6 MnTPA each in Rajasthan, India and Fujairah, UAE.
