His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Hamad Al Sharqi is the Crown Prince of the Emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates. He has a master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University in London, UK. His Highness is the Chairman of Fujairah Foundation for Regions Development, one of the largest charity foundations in the regions that seeks to help citizens of Fujairah with maintenance and construction work on their houses through providing them with the required funds and materials.
His Highness the Crown Prince was awarded the “Pre Du La Foundation 2012” for leadership in the fields of economic development at the Crans Montana Forum which was held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
H.E. Mohamed Saif Al Afkham

Eng. Mohamed Saif Al Afkham is the Director General of Fujairah Municipality; the biggest local government department in the Emirate of Fujairah, established in 1969 to handle urban and rural municipal affairs and provide public services consistent with the requirements of development. He was involved in the Municipality affairs and projects since 2006, and he was appointed Director General in 2008. Eng. Al Afkham is also the director general of Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, and a board member of several local companies and organizations such as: Fujairah Natural Resources Est. (Chairman), Al Hilal Real Estate Company (Vice Chairman), Fujairah Energy Company (Board Member) and Emirates Wildlife Society (Board Member).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas, USA. His area of specialty is engineering management, and he has experience and contributions in making strategic plans and studies for the improvement of public and customer services, managing big projects and environmental protection.
Al Afkham has contributed a lot to culture and theatre. He is the current President of the International Theatre Institute ITI/UNESCO and the President of the International Monodrama Forum (IMF). His efforts, contributions and direct involvement resulted in establishing Dibba Al Fujairah Theatre Group, Dibba Al Fujairah Culture, Arts & Theatre Association, and the Fujairah International Monodrama Festival. He is a board member of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority and he is actively involved in the cultural and artistic movement and development in Fujairah.

H. E. Dr.Ibrahim Saad holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences from the University of Exeter, UK. He is the Director of Fujairah Statistics Center and board member of Power Plus Cables. He is a businessman and owns a number of small business establishments.
Dr. Raghavpat Singhania

Dr. Raghavpat Singhania is a seasoned business leader with rich experience in the grey and white cement industry. He is also an avid researcher in the area of new building products and materials.
He joined JK Cement Ltd. in the year 2007 as Special Executive and received training under industry stalwart Late Yadupati Singhania. Over the years he has learnt the ropes of the trade and spearheaded the business transformation journey of the Company. He has also been instrumental in charting out the Company’s strategic roadmap, helping the Organisation to be future-ready.
He is responsible for taking the vision and commitment of the Company forward by ensuring that its values and code of ethics are upheld at all times. Being conscious about the responsibilities owed to society, he believes that quality education & vocational training for the youth are an integral part of nation building.Some of the institutions that are giving shape to this vision include Yadupati Singhania Vocational Education Foundation, Sir PadampatSinghnania University, LK Singhania Education Centre, LK Singhania Public School and LA Education Centre.
Dr. Singhania attended the Executive Leadership Programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, and is a graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. He served as a member of the CII Delhi State Council, President of Rotary & is a trustee of many charitable trusts. He is also the Dy. Managing Director of JK Cement Works, (Fujairah) FZC, which is a subsidiary of JK Cement Ltd. in the UAE.
Mr. Madhavkrishna Singhania

Mr. Madhavkrishna Singhania is a technocrat by qualification and training with rich experience in the cement industry encompassing various aspects of business includingbusiness strategy, manufacturing and technology enablement.
Having a keen interest in technology and automation, he has led new capacity expansion projects that have doubled the grey cement manufacturing capacity from 7.5 MTPA in 2010 to around 15 MTPA in 2020. His ambitious expansion plans have seen the Company’s footprint expand across the Country.
With Mr. Singhania leading the Company’s many technology and automation initiatives, JK Cement has won several awards and accolades in the areas of sustainability, safety, energy efficiency and green manufacturing.
He has also been instrumental in setting up of the Company’s maiden overseas plant in Fujairah, UAE, and is the Dy. MD of JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA and also holds a Diploma in Family Business Management from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.
He is currently the Vice Chairman, CII Delhi State and on the CII Northern Region Council. He has held the position of the Chairman of Young Indians (Yi), Delhi Youth Wing of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and is currently serving as the Sherpa for Yi at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance.
He has served on the Board of Governors for National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCCBM) and as the President of the Rotary Club of Kanpur Gaurav. He has also represented India in the Australia India Youth Dialogue between the two countries in 2018 and is currently on its steering committee.
Mr. Paul Heinz Hugentobler

A Swiss national, he Joined Holcim Group Support Ltd as Project Manager in 1980. He is graduated in Civil Engineering from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich and Economic Science from Graduate School of Economics and Business of St. Gallen. served as Holcim Ltd Area Manager for the Asia Pacific Region from 1999 to 2000, he also served as CEO of Siam City Cement (Public) Company Limited, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand and till now he continues to be a Director.
Until his retirement in February 2014, he was appointed as a member of the Executive Committee at Holcim Ltd with the responsibility for South Asia and ASEAN except the Philippines. He joined JK Cement Ltd as a Director w.e.f 17th May, 2014.

Mr. A.K. Saraogi has over 25 years of experience in the field of Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics from Sriram College of Commerce, Delhi University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kanpur University, Kanpur. He joined JKSL Cement Division in 1978.
Mr. Amit Kothari

Mr. Kothari is BA in Economics and Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University, USA, holding Post Graduate Degree in Law from the College of Law, London and MBA from the University of Cambridge. He is presently the Executive Director of Interstar Advisory Services, Dubai leading operational consulting services team, delivering turnaround and strategic support to middle and large companies. The firm is also a leading EYFS and K-12 education provider across multiple curricula with a network of over 15,000 students across 6 campuses in UAE and India. Prior to this, he worked as Chief Administrative Officer at the Abraaj Group, a global PE firm based in Dubai and was responsible for group wide operations. He also acted as the Assistant to the Executive Committee Member for South Asia/ASEAN at the Holcim Group, based in Switzerland where he supported the Executive Committee member across strategic and operational initiatives including the acquisition and integration of ACC Ltd. and Ambuja Cements. He started his career as a Financial Controller at the Holcim Group.
