Mr Ajay Mathur is a Senior Management Professional having over 3 decades of Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Team Building experience in Cement and Building Material Industry. He did his MBA from Jiwaji University India and also holds Masters in Chemistry from University of Jodhpur India. He started his career with Ultratech Cement in India and his last assignment was Regional Head before moving to UAE. He has over 15 years of Middle East experience having worked as Company Head with reputed Groups in UAE- Al Shirawi, Dubai Investments and National Holding Groups before joining JK cement UAE in Oct 2013.
Mr. Jayant Malhotra
Mr. Jayant Malhotra, a distinguished professional, holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MITS College, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. With an extensive tenure spanning 36 years, he boasts profound expertise in plant erection, commissioning, and the operation and maintenance of both grey and white cement manufacturing. His association with the JK family dates back to 1988.
Notably, Mr. Malhotra served as the Technical Head and Vice President at J K Cement Works in Muddapur (Karnataka) and Nimbahera (Rajasthan) prior to joining JKCWF. Additionally, he contributes as a part-time trainer at The Regional Training Centre – North, a prestigious institution aimed at enhancing the skill levels of both management and non-management employees within the cement industry, supported by initiatives from the World Bank, DANIDA, and the Government of India.
Mr. Ritesh Mohanraj Sand
Head – Finance & Controlling (JK Cement Works, Fujairah)
Mr. Ritesh joined in May 2019. Prior to this, he has worked at Ambuja Cement Ltd, Maharashtraas as Unit Financial Controller.
Mr. Ritesh holds CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Unmesh Shukla
Head – Human Resources (JK Cement Works, Fujairah)
Mr. Unmesh Shukla joined the organization in April 2018.He has over 19 years of rich Corporate & Consulting experience. A Graduate in Psychology from BHU, he is Masters in Marketing as well as Applied Psychology from University of Delhi.
Mr. Shukla started his career as Sales Professional with Apollo Tyres & worked as Branch-Head with Reliance industries Ltd. In 2009, owing to background in Psychology, he made a career switch to HR domain. Mr. Shukla has in-depth exposure to all facets of HR with focus on Talent Management, HR Operations & General Administration. He has handled several senior level HR assignments with MNCs like Randstad, Isolux-Corsan & Indian start-Ups.
Mr. Shukla’s last assignment was with Nabha Power Ltd (Fully owned Subsidiary of L&T) as DGM-HR responsible for Corporate & Plant HR based in Chandigarh, India.
