Mr Ajay Mathur is a Senior Management Professional having over 3 decades of Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Team Building experience in Cement and Building Material Industry. He did his MBA from Jiwaji University India and also holds Masters in Chemistry from University of Jodhpur India. He started his career with Ultratech Cement in India and his last assignment was Regional Head before moving to UAE. He has over 15 years of Middle East experience having worked as Company Head with reputed Groups in UAE- Al Shirawi, Dubai Investments and National Holding Groups before joining JK cement UAE in Oct 2013.

Ritesh Mohanraj Sand serves as the Chief Financial Officer at JK Cement Works,
Fujairah. Since joining the organization in May 2019, he has been instrumental in driving
financial excellence and strategic finance management.Ritesh began his career in 2006 with Ambuja Cements Ltd, where he demonstrated a rapid
upward trajectory from Management Trainee to Unit Finance Controller. This
foundational decade in his career allowed him to master the intricacies of manufacturing
finance from the ground up.

Mr. Unmesh Shukla
Head – Human Resources (JK Cement Works, Fujairah)
Mr. Unmesh Shukla joined the organization in April 2018.He has over 19 years of rich Corporate & Consulting experience. A Graduate in Psychology from BHU, he is Masters in Marketing as well as Applied Psychology from University of Delhi.
Mr. Shukla started his career as Sales Professional with Apollo Tyres & worked as Branch-Head with Reliance industries Ltd. In 2009, owing to background in Psychology, he made a career switch to HR domain. Mr. Shukla has in-depth exposure to all facets of HR with focus on Talent Management, HR Operations & General Administration. He has handled several senior level HR assignments with MNCs like Randstad, Isolux-Corsan & Indian start-Ups.
Mr. Shukla’s last assignment was with Nabha Power Ltd (Fully owned Subsidiary of L&T) as DGM-HR responsible for Corporate & Plant HR based in Chandigarh, India.
